• This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from August 10, 2022 up to 23:59 hours on August 13, 2022 (“Offer Period”) for travel between August 26, 2022 and March 31, 2023.

• The Offer is valid for bookings made during the Offer Period for flights at least 15 (Fifteen) days prior to the date of departure, provided that the date of travel is no earlier than August 26, 2022 and no later than March 31, 2023.

• Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore, discounts will be provided, subject to availability of inventory and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.

• All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/conditions-of-carriage.html. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall supersede anything contained in the CoC and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with the CoC, the CoC shall prevail.

Clause 11(ii) of these terms and conditions shall not apply to citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. Personal data of Nominators and Nominees in these areas and jurisdictions shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
